1. 本政策适用范围1. Scope
本政策适用于 Moto Fuel Tracker（中文名称“摩托油耗”）1.2 版及后续兼容更新在 iPhone、iPad 和 Mac 上的数据处理。Apple 提供的 App Store、StoreKit、iCloud 与 CloudKit 服务同时受 Apple 自己的条款和隐私政策约束。
This policy applies to data processing by Moto Fuel Tracker version 1.2 and compatible updates on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Apple’s App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, and CloudKit services are also governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
2. App 处理哪些数据2. Data processed by the app
根据你主动使用的功能，App 可能处理以下内容：
Depending on the features you choose to use, the app may process:
- 车辆名称、品牌、型号、年份、车牌、车辆照片、虚拟车库布局、轮胎着地点及归档状态；Motorcycle name, make, model, year, plate, photos, virtual-garage layout, tire contact points, and archive status;
- 加油日期、金额、油价、油量、累计里程、燃油标号、满箱状态、加油站和备注；Fuel date, cost, unit price, liters, odometer, grade, full-tank status, station, and notes;
- 保养日期、里程、金额、地点、备注，以及保养、维修、零件、改装、用品、年检和保险等项目；Maintenance date, mileage, cost, location, notes, and items such as service, repairs, parts, modifications, accessories, inspection, and insurance;
- 你主动选择识别的票据、加油机、支付订单或车辆照片；Receipt, fuel-pump, payment-order, or motorcycle images you explicitly choose to process;
- 你主动选择导入或导出的 Excel 文件，以及 App 在本机创建的自动恢复备份；Excel files you explicitly import or export, and automatic recovery backups created locally by the app;
- 用于判断试用、只读或永久解锁状态的 App Store 交易结果及本机权限状态。App Store transaction results and local entitlement state used to determine trial, read-only, or Lifetime Unlock access.

只有在你主动拍照或选择图片时，App 才会请求相机或照片访问。票据文字识别和摩托主体抠图使用 Apple 的设备端能力完成，用于建议日期、金额、油价、油量、燃油标号，或生成透明摩托图层和车库封面。你可以在保存前修改、拒绝或放弃结果。用于识别的原始票据不会因识别功能上传到开发者服务器；你明确保存为车辆照片或车库封面的内容可能随车辆数据同步到你的私人 iCloud。
The app requests camera or photo access only when you choose to take or select an image. Receipt recognition and motorcycle subject isolation use Apple’s on-device capabilities to suggest dates, costs, unit prices, liters, and fuel grades, or to create a transparent motorcycle layer and garage cover. You can edit, reject, or discard results before saving. Source receipt images are not uploaded to a developer server for recognition. Content you explicitly save as a motorcycle photo or garage cover may sync with the motorcycle through your private iCloud.
5. 14 天试用、永久解锁与交易信息5. Trial, Lifetime Unlock, and transactions
14 天完整体验不会自动续费，也不会在结束时自动扣款。App 使用 Apple StoreKit 验证试用确认、永久解锁和历史付费购买资格，并在设备上保存必要的权限状态及可信日期，以判断完整访问或只读模式。永久解锁的付款、退款、家庭共享（如适用）和购买凭证由 Apple 管理。开发者不会接收你的支付卡号。
The 14-day full trial does not renew or charge automatically. The app uses Apple StoreKit to verify trial confirmation, Lifetime Unlock, and eligibility for original paid-app access, and stores the necessary entitlement state and trusted date on-device to determine full or read-only access. Apple manages payment, refunds, Family Sharing where applicable, and purchase receipts for Lifetime Unlock. The developer does not receive your payment card number.
6. iCloud 同步6. iCloud sync
使用 iCloud 时，App 会在你的 CloudKit 私有数据库与当前设备之间检查、上传、下载和合并记录。同步异常时，App 可能提供使用本机数据修复 iCloud、处理冲突或重新同步等选项。执行可能替换云端内容的操作前，App 会清楚说明影响并要求确认。开发者通常无法直接查看你私人 CloudKit 数据库中的内容。
When iCloud is used, the app checks, uploads, downloads, and merges records between the current device and your private CloudKit database. If sync needs attention, the app may offer options to repair iCloud using on-device data, resolve conflicts, or sync again. Before any action that may replace cloud content, the app explains the effect and asks for confirmation. The developer generally cannot directly view content in your private CloudKit database.
7. Excel 导入、导出与分享7. Excel import, export, and sharing
App 只读取你通过系统文件选择器主动选择的文件。导入前可显示记录预览；无法识别的文件不会写入数据。导出的工作簿由你决定保存或分享到何处。一旦你将文件交给第三方 App、云盘、网站或其他人员，其后续处理受相应第三方政策约束。
The app reads only files you explicitly choose through the system file picker. A record preview may be shown before import, and unrecognized files do not change your data. You decide where exported workbooks are saved or shared. After you provide a file to another app, cloud service, website, or person, its handling is governed by that third party.
8. 自动备份与故障恢复8. Automatic backups and recovery
App 会在重要写入、导入、替换或修复操作前，在应用沙盒内保留有限的本机恢复副本。该机制主要用于数据读取异常时的后台自救，不会主动把备份发送给开发者。如果 App 自动恢复了数据或无法恢复，会向你说明情况。自动备份会随 App 数据生命周期轮换，不能替代你自行导出的长期备份。
Before important writes, imports, replacements, or repairs, the app may keep a limited local recovery copy inside its sandbox. This mechanism is primarily used for automatic recovery after a data-reading problem and does not send backups to the developer. The app tells you if automatic recovery succeeds or fails. Automatic backups rotate with the app’s data lifecycle and are not a substitute for long-term exports you keep yourself.
9. 我们不做什么9. What we do not do
- 不出售或出租你的个人信息、车辆数据或骑行记录；We do not sell or rent your personal information, motorcycle data, or riding records;
- 不使用广告 SDK；We do not use advertising SDKs;
- 不使用第三方行为分析 SDK；We do not use third-party behavioral analytics SDKs;
- 不为了广告目的跨其他公司拥有的 App 或网站追踪你；We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising;
- 不要求创建开发者运营的账户。We do not require a developer-operated account.
10. 你的控制、删除与保留10. Your controls, deletion, and retention
你可以编辑或删除加油、保养和车辆记录，归档或恢复车辆，并通过数据管理导出数据。删除车辆会移除其关联的加油、保养及照片数据；有限的本机恢复副本可能在轮换前短暂保留。你可以在系统设置中管理照片、相机和 iCloud 权限，也可以在 Apple 账户中管理购买。卸载 App 会删除当前设备上的本地数据，但不会自动删除仍保存在私人 iCloud、其他设备或你自行导出文件中的副本。
You can edit or delete fuel, maintenance, and motorcycle records; archive or restore motorcycles; and export data through Data Management. Deleting a motorcycle removes its associated fuel, maintenance, and photo data, though limited local recovery copies may remain briefly until rotated. You can manage photo, camera, and iCloud permissions in system settings and manage purchases through your Apple Account. Removing the app deletes local data on that device but does not automatically remove copies remaining in private iCloud, on other devices, or in files you exported.
11. 数据安全与儿童隐私11. Security and children’s privacy
App 依赖 Apple 平台的应用沙盒、系统权限、StoreKit 和 CloudKit 安全机制。没有任何存储方式能够保证绝对安全。App 不以儿童为目标，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如你认为儿童通过本 App 提供了个人信息，请联系开发者。
The app relies on Apple platform protections including app sandboxing, system permissions, StoreKit, and CloudKit security. No storage method can guarantee absolute security. The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact the developer if you believe a child has provided personal information through the app.
12. 政策更新与联系12. Changes and contact
功能或数据处理方式发生实质变化时，本政策会更新生效日期。对本政策或数据处理有疑问，请通过 App Store 产品页面提供的开发者联系方式联系，并避免在支持信息中附上不必要的身份证件、完整车牌、支付凭证或其他敏感数据。
If features or data practices change materially, this page will be updated with a new effective date. For questions about this policy or data handling, contact the developer through the App Store product page and avoid including unnecessary identity documents, full plate numbers, payment credentials, or other sensitive data in support requests.
